We live the water bottle and the lids. However the lids break so easy. I have all the water bottles and no functional lids.

My son loves these water bottles but minor drops of the bottles have caused two caps to be ruined. The springs pop out easily and they are almost impossible to put back in. Because of this issue the flip top doesn't function properly. I have gone through two bottles with the same cap issue. I decided to reach out to see if there was an easy fix and they responded with a suggestion to purchase a new cap from their website. That would be great except all their caps are out of stock except pink. It makes me think I am not the only one having this issue. Their 32 oz. water bottles retail for $30 in my area which is on the higher price point. I expected greater longevity and better design that hold up.

I was loving my Owala bottle and encouraged lots of others to buy one. After having it for just two months, it took a relatively minor fall into concrete and the handle and cap cracked making it unable to close. Owala refused to warranty it and gave me a totally useless coupon for free shipping (already have that on Amazon). Would it have really killed you as a company to send a free replacement cap? Doesn’t feel like they should be that fragile, especially being relatively new. Now questioning my allegiance and going to stop recommending them without pause to friends and family.

I have tons of these bottles and we adore them. My frustration is that I need to order replacement straws for my kids 14 Oz flip and for some reason that is not offered. How silly is that?

Had issues with lid leaking and I was sent a video to trouble shoot the problem and had my trouble ticket closed out before there was even confirmation of the issue resolving or not…. Which it didn’t. Further attempts to contact were ignored so I gave up. Won’t buy again.
