Just called and I now have replacement lids on the way.. super friendly customer service and it was quick!
Y'all, before you complain that the lids aren't in stock online, read the Owala responses to the other reviews and CALL THEM. I just called and was able to order 2 of the Very, Very Dark lids over the phone. The rep said they've just got them in and they have to do a few things before they can be pushed to the website. CALL THEM!
Owala koala just text me saying they have the shy marshmallow lid and my lie detector determined that was a lie.

Keep producing new colors but can’t supply replacement parts. Feel like you only care about new customers and not existing….this isn’t Directv. Do better. Taking my business elsewhere.
