Order Protection

I purchased a replacement lid (which came without a new straw which is kinda ridiculous) and it wasn’t what I wanted so I sent it back. The lid cost me like $15 and I got shipping protection based on others comments and when returning the lid I had to pay another $8 for shipping and was required to get protection for it which once returned gave me a refund of $4 for a lid that they can now turn around and sell to someone else for $15 because I never took it out of the packaging. I also never got shipping notification when the package shipped and was sent someone else’s order which I brought back to usps and had mailed to the right address. How can your service be this bad??
