How can we help?

How to Clean

We recommend spot cleaning with warm water and mild soap. That means bleach is strictly off limits.

  1. 1. Spot clean using warm water and a mild soap.
    1. 2. Wipe dry with soft cloth.
    1. 3. Flip inside out to clean interior.

How to Inflate

  1. 1. Find the valve inside the bag (just below the zipper) and open all the way.
    1. 2. Breathe into the valve until full (about 4-6 breaths).
    1. 3. Quickly close the valve to seal.

How to Care

Do's

  • If the bag is wet inside, keep the zipper open and let it fully dry before putting it away.

Don't

  • Because this bag is inflatable, you’ll want to avoid sharp edges, abrasive surfaces, or anything else that could puncture or damage it.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Cloud inflates to insulate, which means it’s great for holding the cold stuff and the not-so-cold stuff. This bag shines at toting—and chilling—everything you need for a full-day out and about. It’s also good for turning heads at the local farmers market or outdoor shopping mall. And bonus, if portability’s your thing, you can deflate the tote and fold it down for easy storage.

The Cloud comes in at 24.5 inches wide x 17 inches tall x 6.5 inches deep.

This tote has an 16-liter capacity. That’s good for pretty much everything you need to chill—and then some.

The Cloud’s soft-touch handles fit nicely in hand or over the shoulder, making this extra-roomy tote easy to grab, carry, and take wherever you’re headed.

Life happens. We recommend spot cleaning with warm water and mild soap. You can try a bleach-free spot stick, gentle laundry stain remover, or gentle makeup remover on stubborn stains. Avoid using bleach or abrasive cleaners. Please ensure the zipper is fully open between uses to allow the bag to fully dry.

The shell of these totes are waterproof. However, the zippers aren’t, so we don't recommend filling it with loose ice or water. Or taking it tubing with you down the river.

Because the zipper isn’t waterproof, we recommend ice packs if you want to keep things extra chilly. Hold off on using loose ice or filing the tote with water. Same goes for a few liters of your favorite lemonade.

We’ve got your back (and your bag). If your bag decides to quit on you within the first year, our 1-year limited warranty has you covered. Visit our warranty page for details and to contact our support crew.
