Limited lifetime warranty

We take pride in the quality and design of our products and back each of them with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you experience issues with the material or workmanship of your Owala product, we will gladly replace the defective parts free of charge, with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. In some situations, such as when an exact replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to either replace the defective part or the entire product with a comparable in-stock product. What is covered

  • Material Issues
  • Workmanship Issues

What is not covered

  • Normal wear-and-tear
  • Accidental damage (drops, hits, scratches, chipped paint, etc.)
  • Improper use, care, or cleaning (including retained odors)

Owala™ makes no other warranties, express or implied, concerning the product or the merchantability or fitness thereof for any purpose. The term lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product. This Warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way by someone other than our Company. We reserve the right to request photographic proof of product defect and request that the defective product in question be shipped to us to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts. We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Warranty transferable. The total liability for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Owala product. In no event shall we be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind.

Returns

Hey, we’re not going to give you a big spiel here, however, you probably want to read the instructions below to make sure the return process goes smoothly. 

Return Policy

Any unused Owala bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.  Your refund will include the cost of the product minus a $5 flat rate return shipping fee.

More important stuff

  • Product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed
  • We can’t accept exchange requests
  • If your product is returned in used condition it will not be returned to you. You’ll be subject to a partial refund or alternative compensation determined by Owala.

Return instructions

Great! So you’re ready to request a return. The button below will take you to a return portal where you can generate your own label. Fill out the required information and a return label will be immediately available for download. Print out the label, carefully pack up your returned bottles so that they’re not damaged while in transit, and securely fasten your return label to the outside of your package. Drop off your package at your nearest Post Office and we’ll take care of it from there.
